Would you do plastic surgery?

Is there any part in your body that you'd like to improve by a quick 30-45 min surgery instead of gymslaving for a year?

if you look good you feel good..but why is it taboo to have plastic surgery?

How is gym or diet going to fix your nose or ears etc? I personally wouldn't do it, but I understand why some would.

You will have enough confidence that any "defect" you thought you had won't be such an impediment

This. Plastic Surgery and working out in a gym have nothing in common. So this whole thread is a fail.

This being said, I would never let anyone cut me on perform some painful medical procedure just to improve how I look. No way.

You can improve your nose and ears by sheer will power. Just do 3 sets 10 reps of nose press. Not sure about the form, maybe Johnny can give some tips on that.

Still no. It is not only about pain. There are risks and other things to consider.

Not worth it.

If you could do a surgery and vastly improve your serve though, would you keep improving your mental, or would you be saving money as we speak?

If I have a legit shoulder injury and surgery is the only option, then yes. Otherwise, no
