She has the same problem in Arabic too.
My French is not yet at the level of learning the exceptions
but Spanish has lot less exception than English, IMO. At least, the pronounciation is much easier. But I had a big problem last year because I had 3 different teachers overtime, an Argentine, a Nicaraguan and a Mexican. Their Spanish are slightly different
And on top of it, the South/Central America Spanish is slightly different from Spanish in Spain.
Anyway, let's help each other. The site hrbatyfan posted is very promissing. I'll explore it further this afternoon.
I used that site too at the beginning. The best is to learn to pronounce the Spanish alphabets.
