Question Is Alex Popov still playing

when i read his name on the tv, saying his russian swimming team has won the 4 x 100m free strokes, i rushed to the tv but did not see his face, is he still playing or he is now the team leader

if still playing, then he is super man, he is already over 30 right

Epic movies, like brokeback mountain, are seldom found in the industry or worthy for the mainstream viewer. As often as I have watched the clips of this movie, I always find something more to it. For one, the gay stuff doesn't enter the picture for me, only the dimension of the highest love I have ever witnessed in life or on film.

Oh yes, he's still swimming all right. He led the Russian squad to a gold in the 4*100 and afterwards said that he likes swimming in Barcelona, thus reminding all of us his magical 1992 wins in the Olympics.

The amazing thing is that he's managed to have all his titles without the aide of caps and special suits. Though, I think it would be smart of him to adapt to new advancements.

if he wears the ugly "shark suits" like others, may be he can even break more records

but i find the shark suits very ugly, make the men looks like old ugly grandma, i prefer the handsome Popov not to wear

This one for you, Mimi!

It is Russia's Popov who claims gold as the swimming legend relegates van den Hoogenband to silver and Thorpe to bronze
