Another professional athelete drops dead!

http://www.latimes.com/sports/footba...ck=1&cset=true

In recent times, there have been a spout of pro athletes mysteriously dying, while exhibiting no signs of an apparent illness or disease.

Most notably, I recall the death of an African soccer player during a match, and Olympic champion Kenny Bekele's wife. If anyone has any further info/explanations on what happened to these two, or of any other similar instances, please inform me.

Look they just had a weak heart. Athletes are just more fragile than the normal person.

Life is empty and meaningless. It is in emptiness that we create possibilities for extraordinary results

Re: Another professional athelete drops dead!

The one I remember most was Sergei Grinkov (the male half of an Olympic Champion skating pair). He just collapsed on the ice at a practice session and was dead an hour later. He was 28.

Here's a relatively recent article on what's become of his widow (who I didn't know had remarried...Ilia Kulik...another successful skater).

I love my girls.
