first off; are u really 36? in the tennis club photo u look kind of 45 but I think it's probably the bad light or the camera lens set up wrongly
what's the most u've ever won in a single bet/poker night/visit to a casino?
do u play poker?
have u haver been to a casino? if yes which one
do u think u can give a good run for money to Freak3yman84 considering he's a 3.5?
I am indeed 36 and i indeed look 40+, but that's ever since i turned 30 or smth gray hair and some extra meat around the bones give you this look.
The positive side - i believe i'll still look 40 at 50
Betting i have made 800 Eur most on one hit. But i've been relatively good at it, until it wasn't bringing enough of the gambling thrill (at one point betting becomes investing and it's no fun..), so i started playing holdem online and wasted twice the sums i won betting there. So i had to stop it all. 3 years (aprox) "clean" now
Casino - my history with casinos is awesome, i luv it, coz i believe i'm among the few ones who have a positive record against the house.
I've been there 3 times. In a hotel in Sofia, pretty big casino at one point they opened a table for texas holdem.
The good thing was that the dealers hadn't learned the rules (that were standing right n the table) and a line that was saying - "the players shouldn't reveal their cards during the game" was overlooked and when playing on a table with 5 other guys (who were probably used to turn their cards from some other game in the casino i assume) you have a set of 12 cards on the table, then the 3 cards on the table and you have a huge advantage against the house.
This way the first time i went there i made some 650 Eur profit. But i hadn't realized yet the reason, i just thought i'm a great card player and was just winning.
Then i went alone one day, with 250Eur in the pocket to do the same, but there was noone and nearly all the 250 went the house's way in less than 30 min. I was left with 15 leva (7.5 Eur), which weren't enough for a round, so i took them and staked them on the first thing i saw around me - the roulette. First time ever in my life playing roulette. And last btw.
So i put the 15 leva on 22 and it comes out...sounds ridiculous but that's the awesome part of it, you can't make this up.
The guys who were losing all day on this game were looking at me like they wanted to kill me on the spot lol.
So i went back to the poker table, lost them all, this time for 2.5 hours, blamed my luck and went away.
After that i realized what had happened and why i won the first time and lost the secon, so i went a third time, made 1350 Eur on a table with 4-5 guys.
The tricky thing was that they were some ugly mobsters, some football hools, like really ugly folks and they were pissed at me the whole time, going like - f...ing shit, this motherf... is so lucky, blah blah and blah, so at one point i just gather my chips, cashed them and went away to never go back.
No idea if they have figure these rules out yet, but i honestly am not eager to understand, gambling, betting and all these are in my past.
About 3.5 players - i do believe i'd be a serious favorite against one indeed, i rate myself around 5.0, so normally i should be favorite.
Haha I don't know if this is real, but I'll shoot.
Who is the best player in tennis history?
What is the best aspect about your game and weakest?
What is your favorite food?
How would you describe your personality in three words?
The ideal woman for you?
What is going in your life that is awesome!?
Anything in your life you want to improve?
Also Freaky how can a pushing mug as yourself be 3.5? Vulturing the 303 one game at a time.
Roger Federer is the best in history for me without a doubt.
It's still to be confirmed after Rafa retires, but for me he always will be anyway, even if Rafa makes 18 Slams, simply because Rafa's style is a freak of nature and it's so dominant on clay that it should be forbidden (joking ofc)
Like those spaghetti strings in the 70s
The best aspect of my game, hmm, i believe it's complex, but if someone watches me for the first time he'd say i have a huge kick serve and flawless technique.
They'd finish off the their sentence with - if you lose some weight you'd be unbeatable in the amateur tour, so i get these mixed compliments all the time.
From my part though i believe mu FH is my main weapon, i have good touch, good volleys, quite solid one hander and my main flaws are stamina by far and footwork.
But stamina is the main problem, i just don't have time to play between tournaments, so i play only once a week (the week edn tourney), which could be from 2 to 5 matches of 1 set in a day, but that's enough to just keep my physical form, hardly to improve it.
Today i played one of the best amateurs in Bulgaria, he's 23 i think, 65 kilos, fast and sharp, my stamina held for 7 games of real hard hitting and pretty awesome high level amateur tennis, i went 3-0 to lose 3-6 at the end, could barely breath at the end. My pulse was constantly above 140-150, which also affects your decision making on court, so yeah, stamina is my worst flaw.
I have to say that this was also the first tourney indoors in a balloon, which was a horrible feeling to play at after several months of outdoors. I felt like i was playing in a sauna with a gas mask...couldn't catch my breath at all.
For reference 2 weeks ago i played 5 matches for one day, outdoors, won 6-1, 6-1, 6-2, 6-3 and lost the final 6-7 (10-12 in the TB...wasted 4 MPs
So i can play long and exhausting matches, but my physical state is far from what i would like it to be.
Favorite food - Sushi. Also most Italian foods (except perhaps pizza. I eat it, but hardly a favorite).
The personality question...normal guy, extravert, family man, whatever, one could say many things about himself and all the cliches couldn't really grasp one's personality for someone else to really understand.
I've met several people from the online betting and sport forums communities, always had a great time with them, always stayed in touch, helped each other in real life stuff, so i guess i'm a good person overall.
Ideal woman - it's close to what my wife is, with her only flaw - she doesn't play sports, any at all whatsoever. If i had to upgrade her somehow i'd add "passionate love for tennis" software
What is awesome about my life is pretty much everything. I have a nice house, great family, we're all healthy and well, i have finally settled at a job i like and feel confident at, make enough money and feel comfy overall.
Tbh there isn't much to be improved in my life at the moment, i'm happy with what i have and i'm old enough to accept some things, choosing my battles and enjoying the important things that i have.
My elder son plays some tennis, he's soon to be 10, he's not too good yet, but he likes playing, he's got the physical base, so i hope i somehow manage to find more time in order to take him t trainings, which is pretty much my only issue, now that i think about it.
Once a week and tennis schools during the summer aren't enough normally if you want to make a pro of your kid, i know it, but it's also very difficult to organize a good program, it takes too much time that both me and my wife don't have, so i'm still figuring that out.
The little one is 5 now and i'll soon take him to the courts as well.
