Sad when anyone has to die from such a terrible disease. I wish his family the best.

For me its a reminder that it's easy to forget that real people with real problems are on the internet and I should not use the internet forum as a way to blow of steam and treat people like shit.

Great guy, will be missed. It's sad in a way, but the most important thing is that, despite his health issue, he seemed to live his life to the fullest:

Hello from Budapest folks. Just fulfilled a lifelong ambition and scored a Kiwi and I was so shit hot that she fell asleep like 2 seconds after, which is why Im sitting like an asshole bored drinking alone talking on an internet forum. Mixed bag of feelings right now.
I mean, how many guys here have a Kiwi flag?

RIP Steve.

Wow It is hard to believe that he was basically posting up till his death. His last post was for Jack Sock the real #1 on 10/28. Crazy to think his dedication to tennis lasted until the very end.

RIP tennis enthusiast, may there be in MTF in heaven for you to post on.

If you have an issue with a report/infraction, a user, a moderator or just want to talk, PM me.

I support Roger Federer, Novak Djokovic, Rafael Nadal, Andy Murray, David Ferrer, Del Potro.

Why? Because I love tennis plain and simple

Nearly 3 months later and this still saddens me.

I just realized that it was Henry Chinaski who gave me my favorite ever reply to one of my posts on this forum.

Re: RIP Henry Chinaski loses battle with cystic fibrosis

I'm so saddened by this news. Haven't been on MTF for a while and never really got to interact with him, but death is always so sad and overwhelming, especially of one so young.

It reminds me to live every day as if it were my last (and very well could be).

Sleep sweetly, Stephen.

Nole fan: "...most Fedtards seem to be very rabid and rude." (I agree 100%)

You can bet Djokovic's mom just screamed "Another king is dead" right about now - in the remotest corner - of her bathroom - followed by "The other one is buried." (from tennisplanet.me, following Madrid 2011 Djokovic d. Nadal 7-5 6-4)

Ireland won the 6 nations. Henry would have probably been pleased with that.

Still stings.

Re: RIP Henry Chinaski loses battle with cystic fibrosis

I only became a member of this forum in October of last year so I don't know much about him and I haven't seen many of his posts but it's still very sad to find out about someone's death. I actually found out about his death some time ago after reading the title of a thread on this forum (it probably was this one). It seems from looking at other people's posts in this thread that he was a good poster with some interesting thoughts about tennis. RIP Steve!
