Didn't think the 2011 one was that good, is this one better? And if so, why?

Re: Do you play Tennis Elbow 2013?

Never even heard of it until 3 weeks ago, played the demo and decided to buy it.

Downloaded a mod for career and am about 4 months into my career just playing future's in Europe, failed to qualify for a couple, got to a couple quarter finals and won one, my ranking is near 600 now, not sure if I should try and get wildcard's to English tournaments or just stick to futures for my first season, increasing the difficulty as I go starting from the lowest possible setting for my first match, currently on Junior sub level 6

Tsonga & Murray fan

Hope for good things from Pablo Carreno-Busta

Yes, heavily modded.

So now you'd better stop and rebuild all your ruins...

The changes were largely gameplay tweaks, the kind of thing that gets changed from update to update. I think the creator gave it a new year designation just to keep the title current. I doubt you'd enjoy 2013 if you didn't like 2011.

I believe a win is a win for gaining experience points, so you're best off playing events you know you can have a reasonable amount of success at. You'll know it's time to try more prestigious tournaments when you're dominating the ones you're currently playing. For me, fine-tuning the difficulty level comes down to gauging whether a match was as competitive as it should have been considering how my player's stats compared to my opponent's; so long as your matches are appropriately competitive, you shouldn't need to adjust the difficulty setting. Something else to keep in mind is that increasing the difficulty setting reduces the experience points you gain from wins so you end up having to play shit events/opponents longer.

Re: Do you play Tennis Elbow 2013?

Apart from the service actions, the stroke mechanics look awful on this video. I don't really play games and this looks like your usual tennis game.

Can I ask, do you use the keyboard to play it? I absolutely hate using keyboard and mouse to play games like this. Horrific.
