Selby makes the opposition play badly. His style of snooker isn't attractive, but it sure is effective in big matches. His problem is he bottles it early on in the World Championship, most of the time. So it's quite feasible to think that Selby would have a great chance of making Ronnie play badly enough to almost implode.

As for Robertson, well he's the best long potter in the game, and Ronnie's safety play, while being very handy at times, is extremely liable to mistakes. Nobody takes advantage of poor safety better than Robertson, and he has the break building skills which allow him to often win the frame in one visit, even if the balls are in unfavourable positions.

And how often does Ronnie GOAT like he did in the past couple of weeks? Very rarely. He's not somebody who operates at a consistent level, he is extremely volatile in fact.

He has a contract to play ten events from now, but those are likely to be mostly PTCs, so I expect the next time he runs into Robertson or Selby, he'll be on the losing end.
