Yeah, or you could pick up the original on the PS2. But the Vita version has extras, looks better etc.

Really is an amazing game though, I hate RPGs and especially JRPGs but this really is something else. In a way though I have to say it's a shame it was released on the PS2 in the end, considering the PS3 was over a year old when it was released it would have made sense to at least port it to the PS3, but credit to Atlus for porting it to the Vita in the end though.
I will try the game once I finishs Dishonored (awesome fps + amazing story).

they will release it on PS4, but PC is by far the best plataform to play this kind of game.

Xbox360. I'm playing NBA 2k11 (NBA 2k12 and NBA 2k13 have too many animations and therefore don't let the user control the player as much). And I'm playing Grand Slam Tennis 2.

I dislike video games in general. Sometimes I'll go through phases of constantly playing Top Spin 4, but other than that, I'm much more of a film guy. That is, if it's between playing a video game or watch a film, it'll undoubtedly be the latter.

Tomic [tom-ic] [tom-ic-ing]
verb
1. apply yourself for a small period of time before giving up. (I am tomicing this match).
noun
2. play exceedingly well for a month and then give fallacious promises to the world. (He performed a Tomic)

Same here I prefer films. Really intense films, like Black Swan.

NBA 2k series are by far the best sports series EVER. Unbelievable how real it is when you compare it to the NBA. I'm hooked on 2k12 myself and play as much as I can. Rosters are perfect, and easy to keep up to date unlike footie games, so even an older version stays very playable.

I love playing full 12 minute quarters, sim matches in the play offs, edging one out feels so great after all the effort of a 48 minute game.

D3 is fundamentally a PC game. Blizzard has taken some shortcuts with programming that assumes a reasonably powerful PC is running it. Despite the game's modest requirements, running it maxed out in 4 player game with spellcasters will drop your fps like crazy unless you have an absolutely godly rig. It will be interesting to see how a PS4 will handle final Act 4 wizard game all spamming meteors and blizzards. In fact any game with isometric view will typically require a much more powerful system than what is listed. As an example Dragon Age 2 will actually run smoother than Dragon Age because the latter game can completely zoom out, offering a bird's eye view to the player, while with DA2 you are stuck in 3rd person mode.

Yeah, but I have a feeling D3 will have significantly better fps on PS4. I may be wrong about this though. What irks me about these kind of games is having shit fps.

Yep I've been playing the 2k series since 2006, and before that I played the Live series. 2k definitely took it to a brand new level, and it never gets boring. And there was another huge leap in the quality from 2k10 to 2k11.

Re: What are you playing? (ps3, 360, pc, Wii U, etc)

New Xbox announcement in just over 3 hours time if anyone wants to watch. Will be streamed on Xbox.com and Xbox Live.

No matter what it's like I'll end up buying one, but if PGR5 is announced it's a day one purchase for me just like the PS4.

I'll just stick to Xbox360 because there will never be a better basketball game than NBA 2k11. NBA 2k12 took it in the wrong direction for me.
