This isn't the first time I have heard of this happening, but with all the reports of trouble I don't think the story of a robber is going to last very long at all!
don't buy the intruder saying and even if he really thought she was an intruder, still too cold-blooded to shot her in the head instead of other body parts that won't make her died.
In the U.S., you're better off killing an intruder than to shoot and injure them (your word vs theirs), because then they could sue you. This particular case isn't in mind, just generally speaking.
I have no sympathy for this man no matter if he killed her by accident or not. If he didn't do it intentionally, which I doubt, he acted like a stupid and reckless fucktard and it cost an innocent woman her life. I have never touched a gun in my life, but even I know that you don't shoot at something if you haven't 100% confirmed who or what it is.
All puns aside; this is just so sad. Goes to show how one never really knows what lies underneath all the hype and presentation of sports stars. Doping, infidelity and murder. Bet we could count more than we'd like too.
Just disgusting. Let's hope this guy gets life imprisonment.
