Remind me of some cold-blooded Chinese who, when crashing down a victim by car accident, the first thing that they do, is not to check on and save that victim but to crash them again for making sure that they are dead so that they don't have to compensate more ........
I know that an intruder is different from a victim of a car accident, but find it hard to kill someone immediately when your life is not under threat, I mean, what if the intruder just wants to steal something and has no intention to hurt you?
and my dislike towards this Oscar increased after seeing him cried like a river in the courtroom. Has the guts to kill his girl friend but no guts to face the charge? Come on, act like a man!
Running over someone with a car, then going back on them in reverse is sick and cold-blooded, we agree there. As I said, I wasn't referring to the case of this thread, I was responding to your comment that shooting an intruder in one's home isn't cold-blooded. I wasn't even expressing my personal opinion on the subject, only what would be in a US citizen's best interest if put in a situation where someone broke into their home, and they didn't have time or the opportunity to assess whether that intruder is only one, or more, or if they're armed, their intentions, etc. If a man breaks into a house to steal something - or to do something worse, and sick - then getting shot is a risk any criminal worth his salt has to understand.
