Tennis has no blood passport system, and does basically no out of competition testing.

The methods and drugs used by Armstrong in 1999 would work in tennis right now, with zero chance of being caught (not slightly surprising to anyone familiar with the topic, btw).

Re: The Pope resigns

It's a surprise but it's a good decision in my opinion. Leading such a huge organisation is very demanding for an 85 years old man with failing health.

Any chance the new pope will change the policies that are causing thousands of deaths in poor regions like Africa?

Well, apparently the bookies favourite is a cardinal from Ghana, for what it is worth. Whoever becomes the next pope, I expect him to be more involved with the Catholics outside of Europe.

Re: The Pope resigns

I didn't know a Pope could resign and when I read the article the last resignation was back in 1415 But I think it is best if he is unable to carry out his duties.

No probs, I found it funny tbh.

That being said, forgetting that French is not the universal language of all mankind is a very typically French thing.

Ppfffft.... tired? Gimme a break. Just the other day he was running around like a rabbit. And now he retires this late in the game??? And doesn't even respect his opponent enough to let him enjoy a proper victory.
