STATUS: I just did my second workout, the one exercise was a killer, but i did a modification on that exercise. I did 3 exercises which are; 1. Kneeling Diagonal rainbow(10 reps on each side), 2. Ab chop (10 reps on each side), 3. Dive bomber bridge (5 reps, it was 10 but even with a modification it was still hard for me to do 10)
Great workout overall and then i did a cool down and took a shower. Now im enjoying my bowl of savory oatmeal for breakfast with water bottle with a lemon wedge inside. (try it, its great.
