I would agree with her, if she said "get yourself some education".
But that would also show the weak part of her argument.
Apart from factors like strength, intelligence and creativity, which are for sure not given to all human beings in the same amount, a society in which everyone is creative and runs their own buisness would probably fail, because to be successfull you will have to have those who produce and just make the work other planned.
If these people earn minimal wage they may work harder and harder but it doesn´t get them rich, the way she pretents.
Furthermore there are a lot of low paid jobs that are important for a society, that simply have to be made: nurses in a hospital/old people´s home, taking care of small children, cleaning personal in any factory/household/official building, police, guards.
I´d rather not tell a nurse who just had a 12-hour shift that she should work harder. I might have to suffer from her tiredness when I need her the most.
