No. Doping does not affect everyone in the same way. You clearly have little clue about the world of professional sports if you can make such a simplistic argument.
And comparing Armstrong to Federer is a bit of a joke. Just like tennis, cycling is an year-round sport (even though it has a longer off-season - ~4 months). If Fed was the Armstrong of cycling, he'd play Halle and some MM events to get a rhythm and then play (and win) Wimbledon 7 times in a row. For the rest of the year he'd have to be "away" from the sport. We all know that Fed has not missed a slam since before some members on here were born.
It's quite amazing to what extent Cheatstrong has convinced the American folk (casual fans, I mean) who quite clearly didn't know much (and still don't tbh) about the world of professional cycling (and its traditions) that he was some sort of once-in-a-thousand-years athlete when many before him won a lot of Tours and participated in the other big two tours at the same time (sometimes even won those as well).
