Do you really think an anarchist gives a damn about personal achievements??? And "comfort"??? Dude, you know there are natural born destroyers, murderers, etc. in the world.

This is the kind of person that Chile's national hero, Pinochet was an expert at dealing with.

it's not my intention to troll at all. i stand 100% behind what i've said.

anarchists today might be somewhat misguided in their means to achieve their ends but they've got principles and ideals based on things men of good can relate to. in a world where everything circles about money and selfishness, you've got to give respect to people like them who dare to speak about and fight the good fight.

that said, it's astounding how misinformed people here are. not only for the current anarchist movements but also for the historic one. anarchism was once a great and solid movement in parts of pre-franco spain. today there's capitalism and fat bankers making profits. i guess that's good enough for the average joe of MTF as long as he gets to keep falling into debt and buying the latest iphone edition. pathetic

Re: Luciano Pitronello solidarity thread

What do you mean ''got injured for life?'' He blew himself up while committing a crime. He has only himself to blame, and maybe the Chilean "Imams'' who used him, while they stayed safe at home. Asking for solidarity with a clumsy bomber is indeed loony.

I think what you are forgetting, as you usually do, is that not everyone thinks like you. To everybody else you are just making yourself a laughing stock.

You are seething with resentment again. You will make yourself ill. Stop worrying about what other people choose to do.

How many iPhones do you have? How much do you owe?

"Imams", ha.

typical white western male right winger. blaming the Muslims for everything which might be related to terrorism even if it happens in a totally non-Muslim nation and theres no proof whatsoever that Islam as an ideology or Muslims as followers had anything to do with it! thanks for fitting the stereotype so well. i guess you'll probably want to argue that you used that word as a mere analogy but the point remains. i wonder how the real Imams, not to mention Muslims, would feel about people like you talking in those terms.

Re: Luciano Pitronello solidarity thread

I thought buddyholly was obviously speaking figuratively there Abe. Hence the "" around Imams.

So far what you appear to have said is that he was blowing up a bank because he thinks they are immoral. If everybody acted like that we would have.....well anarchy.

You just seem totally oblivious to the fact that only a handful of renegade Chileans would agree with you. Reverting to that old abraxas mindset that what abraxas thinks is the correct and only way to think. And when everybody laughs at you, you just become more convinced that you are the only one who is right.

Maybe you should ask one.

You don't think he made that bomb all by himself, do you?

He got injured by a bomb he himself made. It's a sad thing that happened, but nobody should get respect for planting bombs. He should feel lucky to be alive.

“There’s so many athletes, tennis players around the world,” he continued, trying to put his life into some kind of perspective, “they want to be the best in what they do. They want to succeed. Many of them, they don’t succeed in the end. I’m fortunate to have this opportunity and succeed.”
