I'm convinced that Hoy is doped. The rest of the team I don't think so.
But Hoy is the Armstrong of the track cycling. No proof of doping but obvious as fuck. His performances are not normal at all.
That's rich from him to give us advices. From a doper

Maybe Yannick can write an article about the magic wheels issue.

"No proof of doping but obvious as fuck."

Meaning they aren't French.

I think Kenny and the rest deserve their title. Magic wheels is bullshit.

So your opinion is strictly that you think he's too old? Not because there is any evidence of course.

It's the same with Armstrong. Oh, he won so he must be doping. No evidence, just rumors and jealousy.

He's 36, not 40.

Re: Olympics cycling: French raise questions over Team GB cyclists hiding 'magic whee

"There is a different culture in British cycling. Britain is a country where doping is not morally acceptable. I was born in Belgium but I grew up in the British environment, with the Olympic side of the sport as well as the Tour de France. I don't care what people say, the attitude to doping in the UK is different to in Italy or France maybe, where a rider like Richard Virenque can dope, be caught, be banned, come back and be a national hero."

That's because it's true. Granted, they say that every cyclist is a doper, but when Armstrong kept winning the Tour, it was nothing but bitterness and jealousy by the French. And it would be the same for an Englishman.

At first it was just the snide remarks, but after he tied and then passed Anquetil and Hinault, it was "He's doping!" Just like this nonsense here. No evidence, just unfounded accusations because their competitors are getting beat.

Who still thinks Armstrong was clean ? Not a lot for sure. Former teammates are talking...

As for Hoy, it's my personal opinion. Feel free to think he is clean.

BOA testing regs mean results for drug tests emerge in 24-48 hours after they are tested, so if he is doping he'd have been caught.

As for Armstrong well he never played the Olympics and never came across a particularly strict doping control like the BOA.

Re: Olympics cycling: French raise questions over Team GB cyclists hiding 'magic whee

No, he was just at the center of all attention in the cycling world for the better part of a decade and yet was risking everything by doping. Even after winning it 5-6 times, he decided to just keep on doping and roll the dice with his reputation and legacy. Some nobody that was on the team says he that Armstrong may have used whatever for whatever reason, that is not evidence of anything except somebody who wants to be in the papers. Armstrong was subjected to the same testing as everyone else with much, much more scrutiny and he passed. So just saying that he was a doper because you think so is ridiculous. Just like these accusations about the British team. You have to back it up.
