Agree. The way he was carrying on since he won the World Champs last year was plain arrogant

The reason why people attended the Del Potro v Lu match at AO 2012:

Remember when Berasategui played the Masters on that ice rink, think that and multiply by 100.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Re: Olympic Games 2012 London Thread (All other sports besides tennis)

What to watch today?
A bit of judo (Henk Grol ftw), swimming tonight (Kromowidjojo to obliterate the field). Some basketball in between and the track cycling obviously starts today.

Luckily, no swimmers are drowning in the 50m freestyle prelims. In these heats the spirit of Pierre de Coubartin is very prevalent.

17 (yes, yes, yes!) Slams! And counting....

Just a couple of handball matches today to watch, then passing through some other events.

samo already thinking Croatia in the handball final.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

maybe Spain would have chances in the 50m freestyle if they took the right swimmers

Kiwis win their first gold medal in the rowing. They were 3rd halfway through, passed the Slovenians and then saw the Italians passed them easily.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Good effort by the Slovene geezers. This was Cop's last race of his career at the age of 40.

Great rowing final.
Terrific win by the South Africans. Despite being a rainbow nation and all that, South Africa is still very much divided in different colours.
Having a Zulu win a gold in rowing, a very white sport, is brilliant news!

17 (yes, yes, yes!) Slams! And counting....
