Amazing guy.
It has to be noted that he never won a long time trial in his career until this season, when he is still undefeated in time trials (5/5).
Truly amazing turnaround for him and his sky colleagues this season!

17 (yes, yes, yes!) Slams! And counting....

The road cyclists should be embarrased then. A random velodrome cyclist comes on the road and beats the hell out of all the doped road cyclists.

Wiggins was always touted as a grand tour champion from age 20. Just track cycling represented the best proposition as a stepping stone.

Gymnastics individual: gold for Japan, silver for Germany and Bronze for USA.

What a legend Uchiumura is.
He was poor in qualifying, but absolutely brilliant in the individual competition.

Strange that no Chinese gymnast participated in the final. Well, it's not like they're in need of medals.

Not bad Gyurta no need for a stupid suit to break a world record.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".
