Stop bullshitting it's not the Eurovision Song Contest.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

They would have investigated if it was such a fix. The paranoia is boring, lets see Italy their football plagued with match fixing and controversies, plus Croatian league not the national team has some very suspect results. Doesn't mean every country is at it.

1982 Germany-Austria World Cup
1978 Peru-Argentina
Spain-Malta where they needed to win by 11 goals to make it through to the Euros.

Those are examples of clear manipulation of results luckily betting wasn't around then. Rules were changed after the German nonsense.

Conspiracy theories that's all about that, considering Danes and Swedes are happy when the other loses unless it's against Germany.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

How did that 16 yr old break the world record in such an unbelievable time. I mean it's possible but wow, that's definitely got to be investigated.

That 16 yo girl that swam the last 100m of her 400IM faster than Lochte did in his 400IM, so there is nothing fishy at all about all this.

BTW, the US press is brutal with Lochte, as if he was supposed to win everything and no one else was supposed to come in peak form with a desire to win at the Olympics.

It's hardwork , false accusations is really bull.
It's not surprising that such a performance brings huge doubts. She is 16, beat her nearest competitor by 3 seconds and the WR by more then a second and that WR was set with one of the suits which were credited as the reason for a lot of records in Beijing.

This isn't even taking into account that she beat Lochte's winning 100m split in what is supposedly her 'weak' event. Maybe she is the female Phelps - I hope for swimming's sake she is.

When you set yourself a precedent like Phelps did, what else can you expect?

But US media in general is absolute trash so whatever.

In this country if you're not first you're a mug. It's just like how Roddick's career is seen as a huge failure. Also, it's especially bad if your predecessors were amazing.

Respect for an amazing athlete that was beaten by a better competitor?

Shame about Roddick. How could anyone be expected to just continue what Sampras/Agassi were able to do.

I agree obviously, but like I said US media pedals fear and failure constantly. With the obvious emerging dominance of China as the next super power, the yanks will be up tight about their relative short comings against their "communist enemy". Lochte is obviously a great swimmer, but they will berate him because they wish to compete more vigorously with the Chinese.
