Too many excellent players not enough minutes and not enough bballs for everybody; Durant is the best player in the world at the moment, Lebron very close, Kobe is almost dead, last season he was jerking around taking million shots (now he has Nash and Howard), Wade is regressing IMO, who knows when and how Derrick ROse will come back, he is probably missing the season...

Re: Olympic Games 2012 London Thread (All other sports besides tennis)

Great day for Italy surpassing our medal count from 4 years ago, though just by 1 Great volleyball match earlier for bronze and Croatia were too strong in water polo once again, happy with that well earned silver.

The sad part of the day came in with the robbery in boxing, scandalous stuff gifting a win to the Brit Joshua. What a shame really, amateur boxing has awful rules for scoring but today it was just too blatant in favour of the local boy. The most amazing part of it is that Joshua, in the first place, should've been eliminated in the first round were he clearly lost against the Cuban Savon (though the judges somehow had him winning by 1, now in the final they had to invent a 3 point lead in his favour to score the third round after he was dominated in the first two clearly).

Cammarelle, chin up, true winner and way better boxer!

Yeah, I don't think Wade and Rose help a ton there. Howard is the one that would have been huge if healthy.

Boxing is a shame for Olympics. I hate watching these never ending robberies. Joshua is maybe the worst Olympic champion of London.

Feldman, samo, gagsquet were medallists in this thread over the 2 weeks.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".
