Wish him all of best luck with the upcoming elections - I fear he's going to need it.
I mean, it is all about treating people equally.
If 74% of Republicans do not agree with treating people equally, if 74% believe in discrimination simply because they do not agree with how someone lives their life, a life that has ZERO effect on their own life? Then fuck them, let them live in the 1750's.
Yep... it's the one thing that puzzles me most - why do certain folks make such a big fuss about what one adult enjoys doing together with another consenting adult in the privacy of his/her own bedroom?
Not just about anti-gay bigots, but also folks who appear to be 'anti' against anyone who does NOT want to get married, have children, etcetera. In other words, being against anyone
who would rather choose his/her own lifestyle in stead of following the so-called designated route of life.
Should we (yes, despite not being gay myself, I use this word on purpose) indeed end up rotting in hell, so what? I guess these religious bigots wouldn't want us te be around in their heaven anyways...
I pretty feel that the folks I'll end up being in hell with will be more interesting folks anyways.
