Lol same . That looks incredible by the way. I can picture it just being meltingly tender as I put my knife and fork to it . I'm keen to know what that sauce is cooked in .

The soup that comes from this stew is just DELICIOUS, add a few carrots and potatoes and you get a world class dish

And this is pretty simple: use garlic, onion, pepper, a small dash of fruit vinegar, bay leaf and voila! you got it done

salmon is a must for me at least twice a week. grilled salmon is best but i fix mine in the frying pan. it can be prepared in minutes.

I made some "triángulos" for a snack today



Those have York premium ham, two kinds of lettuce, I added the torre anchovies, mayo and a sauce made out of red bell pepper, garlic and olive oil, I made it just before serving them

That recipe comes from my favorite bar in Bilbao, Eme

what are they made of?

also i like all those fruits in the background. its the same here at my home. i always keep tons of fruits on the table for snacks in between meals. i also eat a lot of tomatoes.

did you know tomato is considered a fruit in botanical terms?
