This only proves that in a sport like football teamspirit can overcome talent.

I saw something in a newspaper (I think) : Uruguay is a team with stars, Argentina are stars without team.

Rafael "The Matador of Spin" Nadal
Roger “The Magician of Precision” Federer
Del Potro, Ferrer, Haas, Zeballos

Re: Copa America Football Thread (Sergio Batista has been sacked)

Sergio Batista has been sacked.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Machado wins 6-2 6-1

The Fox Sports guy was all day in Ezeiza getting wet and expecting these "news"

BTW: when Bielsa started to coach Espanyol, he had a clause that allowed him to leave the team if Argentina called him, he didn't get one like that in Athletic
