With all due respect, I have already heard similar nonsense and personally from my own perspective and experience this people are talking plane shit. If you could search around you will find out many opposing views and I could not care less for all of them.
I just listen to my body and how it reacts on, and my muscles are growing like John Isner in puberty... plain and simple!

That's right. You need to listen to your body and nobody else.Of course, when it comes to supplementation, it's pretty much the same as for work out routine, it takes time and experience to find out what's best for you.

Well, it's kind of factual that Casein has lower BV, making it a poorer source of protein. People say "I want my body to have a source of protein during the night". Well 1. You're not going to fall to pieces during the night. and 2. The whole sources of protein you've ate during the day be it fish, red meat or white meat, cheese, eggs or nuts take hours to digest, so it's not like there's no protein being absorbed.

And if you really wanted Casein, why not just eat 300g of cottage cheese before you sleep?

People say "I'm listening to my body and I'm improving, so I'm doing everything perfectly right", which is really unfortunate because those who say so could be making better gains by doing a little research, and not on forums listening to 18 year old guys who are 200lbs, have 16" arms at 15% BF and think they're the next Dorian. Nutritional information labels, scientific journals and those with credibility in the industry don't lie.

Casein is just an addition to my supplementation and whey is my basic and primary supplement. I did never claim that casein is alpha and omega nor I will ever.

I never said it was. I'm just explaining how it is completely irrelevant and supporting those beliefs. Do what you want.

Good luck and enjoy your training.

Re: MTF Fitness

Been playing intense racquetball eberyday.

Btw, if you have any experience in tennis; find a friend to play raquetball. You won't even realize you are working out, because you are having so much fun!

If you have an issue with a report/infraction, a user, a moderator or just want to talk, PM me.

I support Roger Federer, Novak Djokovic, Rafael Nadal, Andy Murray, David Ferrer, Del Potro.

Why? Because I love tennis plain and simple

Re: MTF Fitness

Is there a thread about jogging here? We should have one because I need help with my doubts.

Are there any joggers out there?

I'm thinking of taking it up as well, it's a good fit for my busy schedule at the moment (and the Finnish Summer is also nice for some outdoor sports).

Problem is, I hate jogging with a passion

After Nadal beat Monfils at Doha, before AO 2014

Somewhere out there, there is a homeless person who once took betting advice from GSMnadal

I used to hate jogging too! It took a friend of mine like 6 months to convince me to go jogging with him. And I only did so, because 6 months before I had lost a bet that implied me agreeing to go jog with him in case of my loss. Which happened.

Now I am starting to get kind of addicted!

Try it But you have to insist.
