With all due respect, I have already heard similar nonsense and personally from my own perspective and experience this people are talking plane shit. If you could search around you will find out many opposing views and I could not care less for all of them.
I just listen to my body and how it reacts on, and my muscles are growing like John Isner in puberty... plain and simple!
Well, it's kind of factual that Casein has lower BV, making it a poorer source of protein. People say "I want my body to have a source of protein during the night". Well 1. You're not going to fall to pieces during the night. and 2. The whole sources of protein you've ate during the day be it fish, red meat or white meat, cheese, eggs or nuts take hours to digest, so it's not like there's no protein being absorbed.
And if you really wanted Casein, why not just eat 300g of cottage cheese before you sleep?
People say "I'm listening to my body and I'm improving, so I'm doing everything perfectly right", which is really unfortunate because those who say so could be making better gains by doing a little research, and not on forums listening to 18 year old guys who are 200lbs, have 16" arms at 15% BF and think they're the next Dorian. Nutritional information labels, scientific journals and those with credibility in the industry don't lie.
