Re: The Gaming Thread.

I thought that soccer game is pretty bad though. You just shoot from pretty far, impossible to defend or play well.

justin bieber is not the best in history.
funk was better than rap.
techno not better than classic rock.

numbers are not everything.

Re: The Gaming Thread.

Is it Prince of Persia? I thought that too, because everything looked like that, but I had the prince looking-differently in mind. I so sucked at that game, seriously. No trap I didn't run into the first time I faced it.

yeah that is the correct name.

international superstar soccer sucks though
huge crap. some of those snes soccer games you can't even move because the a.i makes huge fouls even in the penalty area.

goal for nes.
capcom's shootout, goal 2 for snes. Now those are good.

Re: The Gaming Thread.

I remember this game, it was called sudden strike, but first versions, 1 and 2, that was a good game. like 2nd world war predecessor to red alert and similar games. bad interface but realistic with good atmosphere.

reliability...

I was 1 of the about 30 people who have bought Ico when it first came out. I was drawn into its atmosphere, the strange world and the two (lost) main characters. I feel so nostalgic when I remember the time I played Ico. This game felt so sad and so satisfying at the same time. Very beautiful.

yes, yes, yes. The only game that made me really happy and I enjoyed every minute playing it.

The ending of FF10 is the saddest I have ever seen. I knew something was wrong with Tidus but never guessed what exactly and when Yuna run to him and he opened his arms to embrace her ... I have never cried like that on a video game before or after that one.
As for FF7 yes, it is very good one extraordinary storyline.
