How do you keep fit?

Well, I run occasionally and play squash in the weekends. Lately I've been lazy though, must shed that.

Ride the bike for 40-50km 6days a week, playing indoor football on Sundays and some tennis in between

cycle to college most days (about 5 miles round, bastard hills and life-threatening roundabouts everywhere), 5-aside football once or twice a week. also go through phases of doing weights but college workload and alcohol have put paid to that in recent weeks.

I move a lot, eat healthish and try to hit gym at least thrice a week... for several reasons I haven't hit the gym in the last 6 months (yeah, that's eur350 down the drain ) so my fitness is in danger of becoming a memory...

two times each tennis and running a week. Inbetween sit-ups and push-ups. When the weather allows it, also longboarding and basketball. But overall too much beer drinking to really benefit from all this.

Keep my calories down, splurge on something sweet only when I have enough calories to cover it, walk around this 4 mile lake, or hit the gym and use the elliptical, treadmill, or stationary bike and lift weights as well.

Strict adherence to an 80/10/10 raw vegan diet. No concentrated fats. Lots of sunshine, clean air/water and plenty of sleep.

Pilates, interval training and weights do the toning, but the diet keeps the muscle rip on its own.

Avoiding energy vampire types of people who whinge, complain and bitch all day long helps too.
