no prob... it's also my goal to cheer ppl up with my never ending pull-ups stories you see, it's too embarrassing for me to discuss this topic in real life so i have to bring it to da internet with the hope that it won't be that embarrassing here.
too much crap food, alcohol and cigs. Plus almost no excercise at all.
I'm aware I'm unfit and that's the reason I want to improve my physical shape... I think I have a very weak back. Just 4 months ago I wasn't even able to do one pull-up so I think I must be doing right lately. I'm going to the gym 3 times a week.
