Star Wars is a sack of emotional Childish crap.
By the way animals often kill unnecessarily, many predators often kill other animals without eating them or they just play with the victim.
Take a look at the animal world or read some books about it before forming simplistic childish views about it.

I don't like hypocrites, but even worse are the ones who think it's OK to be an asshole as long as you are not hypocritical.

Fighting for a cause or justice with a killer instinct is fine but fighting for vengance and hate is not.
ie. Fighting to defeat evil like Hilter (or Fedtards ) is fine but fighting to exterminate people just because you hate them is not (like Hitler)

Star Wars takes intellectual superiority to truly understand, which is why Lucas put in 3p0, ewoks, jajar for the less enlightened masses.

In terms of the episodes, best to worst 5, 4,3 & 6, 2 ,1
You know, I actually think that Palpatine's dark side seduction of Anakin in ROTS was much more well done than his "attempt" at Luke.

Throughout the prequels he does a nice and careful. Making Anakin trust him and planting seeds of distrust of the Jedi Order.

With Luke its just "Give in to the HATE", "Do it!".

Re: Star Wars

“A refurbished Star Wars is on somewhere or everywhere. I have no intention of revisiting any galaxy. I shrivel inside each time it is mentioned. Twenty years ago, when the film was first shown, it had a freshness, also a sense of moral good and fun. Then I began to be uneasy at the influence it might be having. The first bad penny dropped in San Francisco when a sweet-faced boy of twelve told me proudly that he had seen Star Wars over a hundred times. His elegant mother nodded with approval. Looking into the boy's eyes I thought I detected little star-shells of madness beginning to form and I guessed that one day they would explode.

'I would love you to do something for me,' I said.

'Anything! Anything!' the boy said rapturously.

'You won't like what I'm going to ask you to do,' I said.

'Anything, sir, anything!'

'Well,' I said, 'do you think you could promise never to see Star Wars again?'

He burst into tears. His mother drew herself up to an immense height. 'What a dreadful thing to say to a child!' she barked, and dragged the poor kid away. Maybe she was right but I just hope the lad, now in his thirties, is not living in a fantasy world of secondhand, childish banalities.

Re: Star Wars

I don't know what to expect from this. Little do many people know how much the story has evolved beyond the movies, so there is a lot of canon they can and probably will fuck with.

Re: Star Wars

I feel sad, like the end of an era.

The next movies with Taylor Swift and Zac Effron, bad feeling about it, I have.
