Re: Hip-Hop music thread

I'm hella bored ... so I guess I'll put some here... I don't have my headphones right now so the Youtube vids I put up right now may not be all correct lol. If I can get away with playing it without waking up my patient... then I will

These are my faves (in no apparent order):

Star Crossed by Live from LA (They also have a song called Mischa... which I think is cool

Hit the Floor - Twista Ft. Pitbull (I'm sure the youtube video is disgusting or something... ugh. I never watch music videos anymore)

Regulate - Warren G

California Love - 2Pac (I will probably love this song until my dying days. It could be the Cali girl in me. They still play this song on mainstream Top 40 here)

I Ain't Mad at Cha - 2Pac

Ready or Not - The Fugees (I like Killing me Softly also, but since that's a cover... besides this one is better)

My Boo - Ghost Town DJs (My brother... WAY back in the day... for me at least ... used to breakdance to this)

Push It - Salt n Pepa

Apache - Sugar Hill Gang

Don't Stop the Rock - Freestyle

It's Going Down - X-ecutioners

You Got Me - The Roots ft. Erykah Badu

So Fresh, So Clean - OutKast

Pretty awesome vids Meesh, I kinda like all of them even Linkin Park. Mike Shinoda is a great rapper and even with the Fort Minor project he's good.

Also really liking these ones;

Outlawz - Real Talk

Kanye West - Jesus Walks

Nas - Got yourself a Gun

Jadakiss ft. Nate Dogg - Time's Up

Fort Minor - Remember the Name

Re: Hip-Hop music thread

Good call with Jesus Walks and Remember the Name, Enrique.

Remember the Name one helped me win a high school tennis match. I was down and that song came on in the distance for the football teams warmup music that was going on across campus. I was untouchable after that

Paradorn Srichaphan
Kei Nishikori, Donald Young, Somdev Devvarman, Dustin Brown, Steve Johnson, Yannick Maden

Re: Hip-Hop music thread

its too good a story. truly a rags to riches to a princess type story. i am sure you have heard of her story.

anyway she ended up marrying a famous british producer and rest is history. they live in a real castle. i just dont know if the castle is in england or switzerland.

there was once a tennis player who was so damned rich that he too lived in a real castle.

anyway i am at the castle--speaking of the castle--so stop by there for a second.

i wanted to hear about your day. we also have somebody new who came to the castle today. looks like he likes the castle.
