I don't really understand this move by Cleveland, I mean I can see how Shaq will be helpful. but at the same time this isn't really the help that Lebron needed. I mean I think that they needed someone who would be able to stretch out the defense and open up the lane for Lebron, Shaq is going to do the opposite of that and clog up the lane making it harder for Lebron to do so. And as was already pointed out Lebron needs help so he doesn't have to do everything himself a playmaker would really help that. I also wonder how their two huge egos will work with each other, that could end up being huge.
I think it'll be interesting to see them play together.

Orlando are the best example of a 1st-time Finals team choking in all the key moments and handing a questionable Laker team the title
You want to talk about choking? What about the Cavs tn the ECF? And the thing about the Lakers now is that they aren't so reliant on Kobe, is he still huge and do they still need him? yes, but he can have not so good games now and they can still win because of all the other talent on the team.
