nice one get in..!

tho, even if you manage to get on top of jay jay i dont think it'll effect his confidence as he is the self proclaimed Placido Domingo of football management...

i tried it and his team actually matches up well with most randomly picked sides... very questionable...

we have a new laeader at Day 3 anyways...

Self proclaimed, son?

Got the trophies on my back. Pedigree chum, young 'un. Get some practice in this tournament and we'll see you for WC 2010.

I must confess, I don't fully understand the transfer system or this Wild Card thing. I must be being silly

i hear you... i only found out about the wildcard thing after getting pissed about the cannovaro injury 20 minutes before a match...

so... this is how i understand it anyways...

you can use 1 wildcard transfer per each matchday (ie the period when each team plays 1 match), to replace a player due to injury or whatever... cannavaro was worth 8M... so i could only replace him with an Italian, Dutchie... or any other team 'who hadnt yet played 1 match'... and could only be worth cannovaro's price: 8M or lower...

on the Latest Points page is where you do the wildcard business... on my Team i still have Cannovaro there... but, my Latest Points page shows my wildcard pick Puyol up... for the rest of matchday 1 i assume...

I must use a transfer on cannovaro soon tho cos he is out for the tourney i guess...

Adam as well.

Seriously now, I don't even bother trying to understand what you're talking about because myself scares me sometimes. I'm afraid of the mania I might develop in case something goes extremely right. Not certain though, as there is a high chance it will go entirely over my head.
