Obama

i see it now - Obama Vs Osama

anyone but Bush , its weird when you watch the History channel and see a legend like John F Kennedy - all powerful, magnificent speeches, true leader then fast forward 40 years to a bumbling stage managed idiot who chokes on pretzels, messing up his phrases, forgets his words/presidents/prime ministers/ countries

You're an asshole. There, I've said it to you directly, not in a fucking neg rep. And if in future you don't understand my point, then fucking ask me to explain it. Don't just jump to a conclusion about me and assume that you are right and start cursing me out and caling me things that I am not. That makes you a moron and a complete ass. And quite possibly a fucking fascist pig.

Oh yes I know that. I was responding to both you and his second paragraph.

Re: The Obama Reaction Overseas

Here the elections are not that big. We just hope a Democrat gets chosen eventually and that's it. Personally I prefer Hilary. I think she is better qualified for the job. I don't care which minority Obama represents, he's still a guy. It's high time a strong woman took charge there.

Vamos David and Juan Carlos

I think the American elecions are covered quite a lot over here (The Netherlands). Especially given that the US elections are some 10 months away. Even Romneys victory in the Wyoming causus is making the news here.

Generally, people in Holland are happy that the Bush years will come to an end and most people will be hoping a Democrat candidate will win. Personally, I'm also rooting for whoever will be the Democrat candidate, but only because I consider the Democrat party to be the lesser of two evils. Having Obama as a US president might be like a wave of fresh air, though.

17 (yes, yes, yes!) Slams! And counting....
