I don't think that's the point here. Even though it can enhance the player's performance, even if for a few minutes, I don't think a sportsman would be stupid enough to snort cocaine before a match, when there are other drugs much harder to get caught with and with a much longer enhancing effect (and without the collateral effects cocaine usage brings) around. People that use cocaine (and that includes sportsmen), use it with a social purpose, not with a performance-enhancing purpose in sport activities.
At this point, Martina should be worried not about being deemed a cheater, but a cocaine user.
