The "Etienne De Villiers" Arse Clown Champions and the winner will be awarded the Ion Tiriac Cup.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Re: 2007 Arse Clown Contest voting format? November 6 starting date

I like the 1 vote every 24hrs. Last year I kept trying to vote but I always missed the times so I only got to vote in the semi's. The 1 vote every 24hr will not only let more people participate but it'll make them feel more part of the process and establish this as a real tradition. Or if it's a bit too much, do the 1 vote one game or even 2 votes 1 game until the quarters and then the 1 vote every 24hrs voting from the quarters on.

I want to have my evil way with Tommy Robredo

Will the votes for the different rounds always start at the same hour or it will change from round to round?

Sorry, but one vote=one game, best of 5 screwed too many people out of participating last time and I cannot support it. That's like letting the cool kids pick the class president, if you know what I mean. We have a huge international population here and the contest should allow as many people to vote as possible.
Just my thoughts.

Re: 2007 Arse Clown Contest voting format? November 6 starting date

1 vote= 1 game is THE worst idea, 18 people can decide a match in like 3min, and we all know the same 18people set their alarm at the voting time and kill it for everyone else,

i came up with the 1-24hour idea, but yes that may be too long, cut it to 12hours, give every a chance,

same 18 people voting from forum of 31,000+ members doesnt give us the real winner.

12 hours is a good timeframe and then people wouldn't feel rushed to vote.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Will the exact hour when the voting starts be announced beforehand so people from different timezones can take it into account?

What if you miss voting let's say because you weren't online. Are you still allowed to vote in the next round then?

The options are clear enough and even if I wrote a thesis on the pro and cons with it. It won't change the vote, not with over 60% voting one particular option.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Re: 2007 Arse Clown Contest voting format? November 6 starting date

I'm very clear for most votes over 24 hours win

Why? because in the tennis game format, some people only wait with their vote for right moment. Like to close the set when it is 5-4 or so. That is not good and happens often and is not fair contest.

And some matches are too soon over, so many people do not have chance to vote when a match is easy three sets.

Albert Costa forever +++ Tommy Haas +++ Ivo Karlovic +++ Peter Luczak

RAFA owns Fedclown ~~~ H2H record 14-7 -- ~~~ 3 different GS finals included
Byebye Fedjerk, your dominance period is over! Nadal will win like 10 more Slams!

Zero tolerance against dopers!
