The link Adam posted was for this year's ACC "TMS". Here's the link for last year's ACC "Grand Slam" if you will:
2006 ACC 1st Round (bottom half)
Btw, if you read through the first 5 or 6 pages (between 360Live (aka Seinfeld, RDucky) and its.like.that's calling eachother idiots) some good points were made. I'm totally against the 24 hour format but we need to make sure we don't have the same problems as last year. It started to get very complicated with the introduction of postal votes and the rules that came with it.
26 people voted in the first 30 minutes of that session. Kapranos, Bolar Bolabi, adee-gee, uNIVERSE mAN and GlennMirnyi won their matches in just 15 minutes. Surely we don't want to see that again. Ideally it would be nice if the votes were spread over a few hours so that no-one feels rushed. We would like to have time to read through everyone's votes and the reasons they gave. It also makes counting a lot easier.
I don't think everyone appreciates how difficult it is to count votes that are coming in so fast. Even for the 1 vote = 1 game format it was a NIGHTMARE to keep the Live Scores of 32 matches updated. I would strongly suggest splitting the first round into four sessions so that only 16 matches need to be counted at once.
Another problem is that after an hour of voting it turned into a chat thread and there was only about one vote per page. This made it even harder to keep track of votes and update scores. Unfortunately I don't see any way of stopping this. There were plenty of side threads for the ACC last year but everyone kept chatting in the voting thread.
