Re: Boxing thread

bradley’s built like a brick shithouse but he has limited skills and mediocre punching power. pac by unanimous decision or late round stoppage.

Re: Boxing thread

....of course it could all end early due to a cut from an "accidental" headbutt.

Re: Boxing thread

Pacman just got robbed blind by the corrupt judges in Vegas, absolutely unbelievable

Bradley wins and barely caught Manny with a punch

sickening, disgusting, disturbing.

Re: Boxing thread

its all clear to everyone now

Bob Arum, the fat gangster and promotor of Manny AND Bradley, fixed the fight in favour of Bradley because Manny's contract with him is coming to an end

his exact words after the fight "i'm gonna earn alot of money from the re-match"

i mean its just so sick and deranged this sport that these thieves dont even hide what they are doing

Re: Boxing thread

Wow so much controversy in the Pacman's last two fights. He was the beneficiary when Márquez was clearly robbed against him last November, but this time he was the victim and robbed big time against Bradley.

What a corrupt, mess of a sport.

Re: Boxing thread

Manny has been given like 3 decisions that he didn't deserve, so for me, this is sort of poetic justice, although, obviously, he did not lose the fight. Bradley did hurt himself early in the fight, though, so who knows what would have happened had he been 100%. Now there will be a rematch so looks like any potential dream fight between Floyd and Manny won't happen until probably late 2013.

Re: Boxing thread

Bradley was lucky to have won 3 rounds last night let alone get a split decision

I didn't thinking boxing could turn into more of a farce than it already is

The reason why people attended the Del Potro v Lu match at AO 2012:

Re: Boxing thread

Pro wrestling has more cred than boxing.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

RIP Teofilo Stevenson, one of the best heavyweights of all time. Died of a heart attack at 60.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Re: Boxing thread

^probably the greatest amateur boxer in history. i have fond memories of watching him in the olympics and pan american games. it’s a shame he never defected as he would have undoubtedly been involved in some epic clashes with the likes of ali, frazier, foreman, norton, shavers, and holmes.....truly a golden age in the heavyweight division.
