Federer's fake drop-shot/slice winner thread

Hi!
Don't know about you, but one of my favorite shots is when Federer pretends to pull a drop shots, but then fires a deep slice when his opponent is off balance. Like this one:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wM6NXJJNBlU

Anyway, I watched Fed doing it a bunch of times, but I obviously don't remember most of them. If you remember some of the opponents he's done it against, please post videos, or just remind of the match and the tournament.

I don't have videos (I know he did one in Wimbledon final in 4th set, I think),

but I remember that Yannick Noah, who was my other tennis idol, used to do that a lot in the 80s.

Re: Federer's fake drop-shot/slice winner thread

I like a lot this shot. It's more difficult to fake a dropshot and go with a long chop that fakeing a power shot and stroke the ball.
Another one is on a ball which bounces cose to the net and he goes to make the most powerful shot and he changes the grip an playes a FH slice in the oposit short angle. I've always done the 2ond and the 3rd easy by myself but the first one I learned it by Roger and as I know play slice with the FH it's yes more difficult but not impossible. Unfortunately I forget it under a big pressure.

There it's been a long time I didn't see him do it. He had fun maybe after Rome so he did it twice against Berloq and continued doing it in the next rounds.
I don't remember the poin situation. Maybe try to find some highlights from Rome.

It was more normal because before tennis was less powefull and physical and more based on control so it was possible to do much more magic.

See Santoro.

I couldn't follow him and I couldn't follow Santoro who deserved it and I'm a little bit sand about this lost chance.

Don't be : I'm sad I'm not as young as you !

and anyway you can watch some of them on Youtube or whatever, I guess you can find Noah's matches against Lendl and Wilander in Roland-Garros 1983, and for Santoro there are plenty ones.

One of my fave federer shots. I think I have only see him mis it once (wide don't know against who any more). Searched youtbube with 'Federer fake'

I also found this with the same search, pretty cool from Llodra, super spinny! Never saw it.
