Re: London ATP World Tour Finals - When will Fed play?

^ I doubt they're entirely sold out for those days, they usually stagger the release of tickets over a few months. Glad you have tickets though One thing I like about the O2 is that even the cheap seats are good, they're better value than Wimbledon.

Will Federer regain the #1 spot and break Sampras's record for most weeks at the top?

Roger // Rafa // Raonic // Söderling // Goffin // Ivo // Wawrinka // Baker // Delpo

Re: London ATP World Tour Finals - When will Fed play?

If I had to guess, I would think Federer rather on first day as imo Djokovic will play Paris-Bercy, and Federer will not.

Anyway I think the decision of which group plays first will mostly depend on who plays the final in Paris-Bercy on sunday, as this year the situation is different from previous years with Paris-Bercy finishing on sunday and the WTF starting on monday.

Re: London ATP World Tour Finals - When will Fed play?

@Roamed That would make sense. We were a little worried about only getting the 4xx sections, but from the comments in here it sounds like a good deal. I have never seen the top guys play, so really looking forward to this. Then I'll hopefully make it to a grand slam next year.

Is Paris optional? It seems very likely that they'd plan according to who makes the final there.

it's "mandatory" but players skip mandatory tournaments as soon as they want it : they just get zero point for that tournament in their ATP points

Murray wins Wimbledon 2016 after Djokovic is blue shelled by Querrey. Thanks Querrey!

Not playing Bercy, now for sure Fed will start on monday, Djokovic playing Bercy starting on tuesday.

Then Fed playing on wednesday and friday and a possible semi on sunday.

Re: London ATP World Tour Finals - When will Fed play?

I'm looking forward to this, even if only because I haven't seen a live tennis match since the Olympic final(sorry, trying to whisper that since this is the Fed forum!) and I'm suffering severe withdrawal symptoms . At least, I'm assuming the BBC will be televising this one as normal. Does anyone have any idea of the singles/doubles schedule yet? There's a competition to win tickets for Weds afternoon which ends in a couple of days, and I'm wondering whether to enter. What's putting me off is that it's a hospitality one, and they usually seem to think you want to eat and drink rather than watch the tennis, which always seems a bit pointless to me!

Either way, I could do with trying to re-arrange my work so I can actually see some of this, unlike the Olympics!

There are rumours that Nole's withdrawing from Paris. If that's the case, do you think Rog will still start on Monday? This is really important because I have tickets on Monday and Friday, which also happen to be the two days of the week that I don't have classes.
