Roger's won a few titles on clay himself you know. Have some faith.

Roger will have an easy time with Seppi It's Wawrinka that's the formidable obsticle here But I'm optimistic that Feddie will beat them both comfortably. After that it's either Simon/ Kiefer/ Chardy/ Robredo Difficult to tell which one of them will meet him. I'll go with Kiefer

Am I reading the draw right - Hewitt and Safin play each other R1?

Knowing Stan he probably won't get that far.

Oh I have tons of faith Just saying that Stani's best surface is clay and he could be a threat.

I don't think it would have been a good decision to skip the clay season. He would lose a huge amount of points and beside this he has shown in the last years that he can play well on clay. Don't forget he had surprising losses in Indian Wells and Miami in the years 2007 and 2008 and played good tournaments on clay then afterwards.

Some tricky opponents in Roger's draw, who had good results on clay. But we should take match by match, just as Roger will do

Re: ********Monte Carlo '09********

Hewitt's still playing in Houston, and may be there until Sunday night so won't get there until late Monday. I doubt he'll turn round and beat Safin in Monte Carlo on Tuesday.
