Re: Roger's French Open outfit 2009

I like this blue. The only blues I'm sick of is the one he wore at the AO this year, and the navy one at Roland Garros. The baby blue outfit, however, is one of my faves this year.

I'm getting tired of polos. My favorite was his US Open 2005 light blue and yellow combo shirt and headband.

The t-shirt is nice...the logo would be a nice change for the ATP one.

But yeah, I miss seeing him in non-polo shirts on court even though he wears them ALL the time in practice, but still...
They make him look younger.

Thanks X!

Agree with the folks who posted that they'd like to see Roger in a non-collared shirt for a change. I'm afraid we won't see that though, as I think the collared shirts are part of Nike's Image Building for Rodge.

My guess is if Roger didn't want to wear collared shirts he wouldn't be.

My guess is that he doesn't give a rat's ass, as long as he feels good in it.

It's all about marketing... both the #1 and #2 have clothing lines. Fed has worn enough collarless shirts in the past, and ALWAYS wears those during practice, so I highly doubt he cares. As long as it looks and feels good, he's okay with it imho.
