Re: Week 24 : Monza (Entry List)

DGT breaks and now serving for the match

*5-4

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Re: Week 24 : Monza (Entry List)

Montanes 6-2 6-4
Machi Gonezalez 6-4 6-2

Very easy wins, whereas Kavcic won but is really tired at the moment. He saved 6 match points and Monty in theory should chop him up.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

DGT 6-4 6-4

Outstanding performance from Dani, even hitting good backhands.

Montanes in the final on walkover as Kavcic's withdraws some knee problems and more so general tiredness.

Sad to see Blaz withdraw, but he has a lot to take from his last three weeks and he should have a lot of confidence heading into the second half of the season.

Re: Week 24 : Monza (Entry List)

Daniel is playing some really good ball when he's not being pinned on his backhand side. His serve is working, his forehand has great penetration and heaviness and he's not mishitting it, and he's returning pretty well. I'm impressed.

Re: Week 24 : Monza (Entry List)

DGT saves 3 break points with good play. The world class forehand and village level backhand.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

DGT 7-5 6-3

Top showing again from Dani hope he takes the title.

Great final. Both of them need the points badly. Dani has showed a good level of play in his last two matches, so I'll go with him winning in 3 sets tomorrow.

Re: Week 24 : Monza (Entry List)

It is a great final. I really hope Dani takes it. I thought he was the man for the title after he beat Odesnik and I'll go with him in two tight sets.
