Re: Week 20 : Bordeaux (Entry List)

Goffin is playing really well today. Like most Belgian players, he has a good feel for the game and good tactical sense.

Making Rosol run side to side whenever he gets the opportunity to take control of the point. Rosol's serve is keeping him in it.

Awesome win for Jurgen over the old and irrelevant...Some people love to discredit and underestimate....Funny that someone said this was like a hardcourt when the tournament info clearly states the surface is clay....is that a bizarre typo or something? Hahaha...Stay pressed haters

Re: Week 20 : Bordeaux (Entry List)

Rosol def. Goffin 2-6 7-5 6-3

David missed a point blank chance to break at 2 all, he had a forehand right at the net after Rosol popped up a volley, and David missed. Also had 0-40 at 4 all in the second set to serve for it.

Severe missed opportunity for David, he's traditionally been good in these sort of matches, but he sort of wore down today.

Lukas.....Hell yeah....Great win...2 wins over Goffin in 2 weeks...Hahaha...Some people are so clueless about predicting winners in a draw...Jurgen over Hidalgo, Lukas over Goffin...Thats some good shit...NID

Re: Week 20 : Bordeaux (Entry List)

Steve will avenge this result in R2 and do what is required. At least, he better fucking do so.
Or what you gonna do if he doesn't? U gonna fuck Rosol up? He's str8 up gangsta against these Belgians...lets see what shit Darcis can bring to the table...shit being the operative word...hahahaha

Just talk about the matches, keep it free from the nonsense, yes that's you flyboy and Jamie if you want to take shots at each other, take out of the threads.

Re: Week 20 : Bordeaux (Entry List)

Good result from Zopp. He loves clay and lot of his best results are from clay. His only ATP MD win is from clay,he started his rise in rankings couple of years ago with 3 futures clay titles in a row. Not surprising considering that in Estonia there are only 2 options to practice and play tennis : indoor hard in winter and clay in summer. Hardly any outdoor hard and no grass .

Re: Week 20 : Bordeaux (Entry List)

I've seen Zopp on clay about four-five times, and he doesn't look natural on clay, IMO. But I guess he does like the surface since he's been having some decent results on it.
How can you not look natural on a surface you grew up on?? That doesnt make any sense...Im pretty sure Estonia has mainly clay courts, which Kanepi has stated several times....IMO, you are just overly biased toward your faves and don't want to imagine others being better on a particular surface...Its okay if Zopp is a better clay courter than your faves...Give some credit where it is due....liking the surface is not the same thing as being good on the surface...Jurgen made the SF on clay a few weeks ago, almost got a set off Chardy, so I would say he is not too bad at all on clay

Re: Week 20 : Bordeaux (Entry List)

This is all good training as Marinko achieved his goal of making main draw of Wimbledon.

Re: Week 20 : Bordeaux (Entry List)

Well, Matosevic better have his flight tickets handy, because he's going out in the next round.
Too good, clay to hard, then back to clay and getting wins and you love it.

Re: Week 20 : Bordeaux (Entry List)

Glad Gaba won, played really well today and has this week overall. Playing aggressive tennis like he should be.

Steve was horrible today, but he got through. Crowd support helped.

Ilhan would have beaten the douchebag had he been in any sort of form. That loss just highlights how far in decline he is.

Re: Week 20 : Bordeaux (Entry List)

Bjorn is flat out getting outplayed today. Oh well, Zeba just too good on the day it seems.
Well considering Zeba's just come off a title and Bjorn has been playing lacklustre, it's hardly a surprise.
