Good win for Pablo, hopefully this result will stop his recent slump. Duckworth doublefaulted twice in that 3rd set tiebreak though.

Re: Week 12: Marrakech (Entry List)

Duckworth got a *4-3 lead on a Carreno DF, and then he DF'd himself the next point. And lost both serves, to fall behind 4-*5. That ended up costing him. Good win for Pablo. Duckworth only won 39% of second serve points, as many say, that's the biggest indicator of who will win/lose a match.

Re: Week 12: Marrakech (Entry List)

When he gets to 100%, which he should with a few weeks off, he'll be fine. Also if he wins in Davis Cup he'll gain confidence. He should win the Blumenau challenger in three weeks to regain top 100 status.

What's more important is he makes the French Open direct, and it won't take a top 100 ranking to do that, especially since Ljubicic and Soderling won't be playing and Haas will be out of PR's by then.

What is wrong with Ungur? He got to the final only a few weeks ago but since then he is utter shit.
How can you fall so deep in a few weeks? Maybe injured?

PHM cruising as expected. He really should win the tournament here.

Gombos 5-*1 over Ungur

Adrian could be sick. But personally, I think he doesn't give a fuck.

Re: Week 12: Marrakech (Entry List)

Giannessi has great dropshots. Very creative player but he needs work on the backhand.

PHM is making a lot of errors today.

Ungur will be out of the top 100 if he loses today.

Re: Week 12: Marrakech (Entry List)

PHM has a great clay court game. Clay has always been his surface. Power and spin off both his forehand and backhand, good movement, big serve. Love watching him play on all surfaces but particularly on this one.

Re: Week 12: Marrakech (Entry List)

PHM is better when he takes balls early with aggressive intent than when he sits back in rallies.

6-3 Mathieu. Comfortable set.

Re: Week 12: Marrakech (Entry List)

And he is just way above the rest quality wise. Good that he chose to play a challenger to get some rhytm.
I guess he will play in Casablanca after this, and nothing in between.

Re: Week 12: Marrakech (Entry List)

Giannessi really gets rushed too easily on his forehand side. I'm not as impressed with his game as I was last season, he has some glaring obvious weaknesses.

I agree that PHM's game is WAY above everyone else here quality wise, except for maybe Klizan. His quality of ballstriking and his serving is simply at a different level, as is his patterns of play and overall feel for the game.
