Re: USA F16 [June30 - Pittsburgh, PA - Hard] Winner: Somdev Dev Varman

I am not sure what the proper spelling is, maybe Somdev Devvarman (which is how he is now known on the ATP and ITF sites) is easier than Somdev Dev Varman which he can confuse people.

By the way he also won both doubles titles in the last two weeks with partner Treat HUEY, I somehow suspect he did most of the work there ;-)

Anyone know what he will doing next? US hardcourt ATP wildcards?

TT Singles 2012: W: Winston-Salem SF: Honolulu CH, Rotterdam, Memphis, 's-Hertogenbosch, Wimbledon, Beijing, Vienna QF: Barcelona, Nice, Bastad, Petange CH, Bangkok R16: Monte Carlo, Madrid
TT Doubles 2012: W: Caloundra CH (with kingroger), Acapulco (with keqtqiadv) F: Beijing (with KittyTennis) SF: Sydney (with Belludal), Memphis (with Belludal), Guadalajara CH (with kingroger), Wimbledon (with RHB1993) QF: Barcelona (with extremaduratenis), Cincinnati (with stbanchile)

Huey was a teammate of his from college, and is far from a liability to say the least.

This week he is playing at The Kennedy Funding Invitational, NY ... Then mostly he will try US challengers (qualifying) and hoping for getting wildcard at Washington ATP where last year he received wildcard for qualifying.

Then most probably he will travel to India for 2 Delhi Challengers.
