Do you rather wake up early or stay up late?

Do you rather wake up early or stay up late?

I have a bad habit of delaying things. Today I've been going to study some things since 2pm and now at 8:30pm I'm slowly finding the motivation. That's why I usually end up staying up late, and it's so hard to wake up early. One day I had to be at the uni at 1pm and I ended up studying in the previous night from 1am to 4:30am. But that wasn't a problem, I could sleep until 11am.

On the other hand, early wake-ups aren't a problem if there's a good reason for that. During the AO I have no problem to go to bed at 6pm, only to wake up at 2 am. Still I prefer staying up late and sleep late the next morning.

lol

this is like you ask me " Do you rather prefer losing money or making money " ?

ofc if some higher forces like tennis matches demanding waking up early or not going to sleep i see no problem in that also. so nostalgic for my zombie high school days

I love to be awake at night and sleep during the day.

this is quite an interesting article and programme on the perils of not sleeping at night.

Stay up late easily. What the hell do I need to get up early for (other than going to work)?

Exactly, my job requires sub-daylight, ultra-early starts and absolutely loathe and hate it.
Trying to go to bed at 8 or 8:30pm, is like tucking in at Nursing Home hours.
The minute I am on holidays I go back to normal sleep patterns, and don't get up til after 7am within a couple of days.

Re: Do you rather wake up early or stay up late?

7 am in spring and summer is like the best time of the day, it's so beautiful and so quiet, but at the same time I love staying up until late at night reading or watching movies or whatever, so between the two options I usually choose the latter

MARTINA HINGIS ♔👑 ROGER FEDERER

JAMES BLAKE - KEI NISHIKORI - TOMAS BERDYCH - ANDY RODDICK - PABLO CARREÑO - ANDREAS SEPPI - VASEK POSPISIL

Re: Do you rather wake up early or stay up late?

Wake up early(by that I hope you don't mean 4/5 am), 6 am is ok. But staying up late(past 12 pm) is almost unbearable for me especially if it's mental work. I could stay up late to watch a movie but not mentally draining work.
