Talking Yeeha! Rebroadcast of 1992 Wimbledon final!

Yeah baby, I've been waiting a long time for this one! I haven't seen this match in years! I'm so excited!

ESPN CLASSIC is going to rebroadcast the 1992 Wimbledon final between Andre Agassi and Goran Ivanisevic on Sunday, Nov. 9, 1:00 - 3:00 pm.

Whoo hoo! It's going to be a fabulous weekend for watching tennis!

"What kind of shape am I in now? Well round is a shape." said Roddick with a laugh. "I had a very detailed retirement plan, and I feel like I've met every aspect of it: a lot of golf, a lot of carbs, a lot of fried food, and some booze, occasionally — I've been completely committed ... The results have shown."

Re: Yeeha! Rebroadcast of 1992 Wimbledon final!

I just loved Andre's reaction when he realized he won the hated (at the time) Wimbledon! Falling face-first into the ground, his body shaking with tears .... was he the one who started the whole bawling trend? Because I can't remember McEnroe or Connors ever crying like that in public. I think his unabashed emotions is part of what made me such a big fan of his to beging with. Much like Andy Roddick wearing his emotions on his sleeve, too.

I also liked how his kind of rubbed his face to the trophy. "Aaah, that feels good!" It suure did, Andre.

Damn right. And to think his coaches made him not play at Wimbeldon at the start of his career cos they didnt think it'd suit his game. But like throughout his career he proved so many people wrong. I think the reaction at the end is what really made me fall in love with him!
