Jul. 31 - Tennis great Andre Agassi's career is winding down, but he hopes to go out on top with a championship at the U.S. Open.
The eight-time Grand Slam champion is finding his impending retirement from tennis easier to cope with than he expected.
Agassi plans to retire after the US Open, hoping to improve upon a runner-up showing last year to top-ranked Roger Federer.
"What kind of shape am I in now? Well round is a shape." said Roddick with a laugh. "I had a very detailed retirement plan, and I feel like I've met every aspect of it: a lot of golf, a lot of carbs, a lot of fried food, and some booze, occasionally — I've been completely committed ... The results have shown."
