You can use this area to make suggestions for threads that you think are suitable to be moved to this sub-forum.

- Provide links to the threads you want to see here.

- If a thread is deemed suitable, it will be moved as soon as possible. Please be patient!

- The original thread starter may request for the thread to be moved back to General messages, if they so wish. The original thread starter is the only person that can make this request. If you would like your thread to be moved back, request it via PM.

- This thread is only for making suggestions, not for contesting each others' opinions.

Okay, fire away.

True, it's informative and gets buried pretty quick-style. Agreed, let's move it here.

Think we'll stick with the one thread for now. Doesn't have much discussion potential, but useful as an easily accessible information tool.

Edit: on second thoughts, the pigeon thread is quite useful.

Do you think this should be here too? I think it would be good to have it troll-proof. Also makes it easily seen too.

Oh yeah, that's an interesting one. Slasher himself can move that one if he thinks it's appropriate.

Heh, moved that about 3 minutes before your post

So, I was currently skimming through 5 pages in the GM, and I think these threads could be good candidates:

"Who Pushed" RG thread (could be usable for other tournaments if allowed to be expanded to it) - http://www.menstennisforums.com/showthread.php?t=463985

Doping thread (although, maybe debateable due to it's possible trollability) - http://www.menstennisforums.com/showthread.php?t=228489

Promise of US tennis - http://www.menstennisforums.com/showthread.php?t=490594

Retiring When in a Winning position thread (full of data) - http://www.menstennisforums.com/showthread.php?t=212931

I wish this could be, but this might only get limited replies: Which another country would get their first Top 10 - http://www.menstennisforums.com/showthread.php?t=490042

I think I won't add the "retiring from losing position" thread because they are mainly negative replies.

Good one. Let's leave it in GM till it gets buried, then I'll move it up here.

Yup, moved

Papsy's recent threads (and the ones on his signatures) deserve to be moved here (if not yet)

hi Sham Kay Adams,

i have something to ask you to take a look at.
it's about vBookie Home and Your Bets and it won't take much time.

background
vBet is an excellent tool to help me learn and improve match forecast skills. if some page layout/display changes, vBet will be more user friendly and more powerful tool for a learning player.

currently;

on vBookie Home, there is a big column of Currently showing OPEN Events. Switch to OPEN Go, under which there are 6 sub-columns. they are from left to right, Item, Group, Status, Added, Open Until, Payments After.

under Your vBookie Bets column, there are 7 subcolumns. they are from left to right, Even, Group, Outcome, Satus, Stake, Odds, and Amounts Won.

now let me show you to where the review/consideration are asked an item by an item.
vBookie Home
#1 info on/Showing closing time is definitely makes it more user friendly.
currently to get the closing time, we need to open each item.
#2 take for an instance, how about closing time added to Open Until subcolumn,
that is, current 08-14-2015 to show time like 12:00 EDT 08-14-2015

#3 to added to #2, Payouts After column may be converted to give closing time.

Your vBookie Bets
#4 giving settled date and time will be nice to review the quality of match forecasts.
currently i need to use spread sheet for review purpose.

thanks for your attention.
