I'm no Fakervic fan but he needs to save tennis, sadly tree trunk legs will be fresh. Interesting he's never questioned....

Sapeod is really finding some form recently. I sense he's peaking for the AO. God help us if Murray were to actually do the incredible and win his 2nd slam in succession.

It would put CYGS fever at an all time high. Even higher than in 08 and 12 from the Djoker brigade.

This post screams 'I never watched Krajicek play'. It's the general consensus that Krajicek was one of the most talented players of the 90's. At least he could volley, unlike many players today.

Do you honestly believe that? Besides, we are talking technical ability. Muster and Chang are superior to many players on clay by being more effective, not by being more technically gifted. Their mentality and their grinding style of play brought them success on clay. They are better than Safin on clay (well, who knows if Safin was 100% from 2003/2005) but certainly not more technically gifted.

Give me a break, the final between Becker and Sampras didnt resemble claycourt tennis in any way.
Yes, wasn`t it? Andre won his title on extremely slow court.

Gasquet is next №1

2011 was an aberration. The balls were fast but conditions were also blistering. The organisers cannot be faulted for that .

Re: Professor Johnny Groove's Top 55 players ever (Murray one slam away from making l

murray would beat sampras on hard court? what the fuck did i just read

sampras was one of the best hard court players ever. you can make a case for federer being better, maybe lendl being equal, and that's about it

murray is only in the top 10 on hard court, results wise, because of homogenized surfaces and slowing of the game

lmao @ krajicek being a 'mindless serve bot' btw

if you want a 90s serve-bot, try rusedski, todd martin or ivanisevic

Goran

Not even a serve and a forehand. Just a serve.

Not at all bitter.
